Tips for a hoarder trying to be more functional?
I'm usually not very emotional, but for some reason I get emotional over the most random stuff in my house. I know I'm a hoarder. I know that the stuff that I lose my shit over the dumbest things when throwing them out. I'm not against the idea of throwing it all out, but for some reason I break down when it comes to actually throwing stuff out. (And I'm good at not buying a ton of stuff, even though that took a lot of time, most the time it's just built up gifts).

I'm thinking what I can do is make it more "sterile" "logical" "detached" is go around my house and make a list of absolutely everything in my house and just circle the stuff I want to keep. My husband is willing to help me, and he said if I do that he'll just throw out the "not keep" stuff while I'm at work.

I know this isn't the best long term solution, but we may be moving soon, and I want to start out as minimally as possible.
