Ramzi Theory help!

Ok ladies, I don't quite understand the Ramzi theory so I'm posting pics for help. I want to see how accurate people can guess. The top picture is my first born. I won't say what I had because I want to see if people can guess accurately. The bottom picture is my current pregnancy and it's obviously too early to know by a scan but I'm dying to know already haha! Thanks all!!
