Could I be pregnant? long story

Okay. I am on birth control, and i was on the sugar pill for 7 days so i was on my period. Well last sunday i took my regular pill and had sex. My bf came twice but he pulls out. He didnt pee in between rounds, so could his pre cum have sperm left over in it from the first round and it get in me during the second? Bc i know pre cum comes out a few mins b4 the sperm.

This week I have been so nauseous, had stomach pains, head aches, moody as hell and tired, im always tired. When i eat i feel sick too. Im goin to get a test today. I just need someones advice. Could i be pregnant?
