Passing piece of placenta

5 days pp, started having cramps on the left side 2 days ago, Tylenol does not help, went to the bathroom and passed a fair sized piece of placenta an inch size. .. or in Canadian terms a little larger than a toonie... no fever, but my blood smells like ammonia, normal or not? Healthlink told me to go in if im soaking a pad an hour or if I pass 3 more clots... but I'm using thick ass maternal pads...
