When the painkillers don't help

Hey.
I know this is not one of the normal questions, but what happens when you have a headache and the painkillers don't help? What do you do?

Have someone give you a little shoulder and neck massage. It could be a tension headache.
Or make sure you're getting enough sleep, food and water

Lavender oil on the temples and wrists. Massage it in. It takes care of my migraines with tylenol I swear by it

I SWEAR by putting Vicks vapor rub on your neck! It helps me more than any medicine ever has and I suffer from migraines pretty often. Ice packs help tons too for me

Assuming you're pregnant... Tylenol is the only recommended pain reliever I've heard of that's **safe** during pregnancy. This is a question for a doctor.
