How many times do u either shower or bathe a day?

So I can into a pool of how many times do you change your underwear (smh) to my surprise I found out reading ppls responses that not everyone cleanses on a daily, I'm just curious to know if more or fewer ppl cleanse more than once a day like me just because it's what ur suppose to do and not cause u feel dirty or oily as some said

Technically, you're not supposed to shower everyday. It steps your body and hair of the things it needs. While I do showered everyday, it doesn't necessarily make someone nasty because they're not like you 😆

I shower every other day and wet wipe the days I don't shower, I'm clean and I feel fresh and hygienic but Since you've left your comment and decided to create another identical poll I'll ask here, why do you assume my race somehow affects how often I clean? And why are you soo obsessed with cleanliness of others and putting a finger near your arse to see if your clean or not?

It's not good for your hair and skin to bathe every day, although a bathe at least once sometimes twice a day unless I've been sitting around doing nothing all day even then I wash the important stuff.

I shower every day, sometimes twice. I only wash my hair every 3 days though. The twice thing happened since pregnancy. All this discharge and sweating makes me feel disgusting 😕

Well I don't bathe. I shower, I used to shower everyday because I'd be out everyday but since being pregnant, I've become a homebody. I barely leave my bed let alone the house so I'll shower every other day or every two days.

I shower a minimum on once a day but most days twice a day. Then if I really don't feel well more. Like a few months ago I had a horrible stomach bug or something and the only time I didn't feel sick was if I was laying in the bath. It was horrible.

Every other day unless I'm sweaty or been working hard or just cold. On my period twice a day because it's easier to clean and use my diva cup. And I only wash my hair once a week, I use wen and my dandruff has lessened even when I can't afford wen.
