Nausea and breast pain

I'm on my period started two days ago and usually my breast pain dissapears while on my period.

This time my breast pain is bad. Having bruising and veins look huge. I also have no appetite and nauseas if I eat

I thought the breast pain and nausea was because I was going to get my BFP this month but obviously started my period.

Period started 2 days ago and usually my breast pain would have stopped but it's just been getting worse. My nipples are also always erect. And been getting stinging in my boob randomly with some random arm pain last night

And the nausea and no appetite is a new symptom as well.

Should I be concerned???
