Day 52 and 3 BFN!!! Help 😕

OK so AF was missing for years, lost a ton of weight and she came back every 35-40 days. I'm now on day 52 and this is the longest I have gone. No symptoms and BFN'S so wonder what the hell is going on!! Had an HSG test done in July. Suggestions?? Xx
