3D/4D ultrasound. Are the prices worth it?

I have a very squirmy baby and I want some good pics of him before he's born. I'm 29 weeks and so far he hasn't cooperated for any ultrasound appointments. For $179 I can get a 20 minute session with all pictures on a dvd plus 16 printed pictures. I'd also get a 15 inch teddy bear with his recorded heart beat. My fear is he'll cover his face the whole time or turn his back to the wand. That's what he usually does. 😕 I'd be getting these done soon. Probably within the next week or 2 depending on how soon I can schedule an appointment. My doctor does one last full scan at 35 weeks but I'm almost certain it'd be 2d.
