is she getting enough??

Question

How can I tell if my baby is getting enough of my breast milk?? Everytime I'm done feeding her she'll fall asleep but about 30min later she's up again sucking on her hand which makes me feel like Not enough breast milk is comming out for her but I'm not quite sure so how can I tell?????

If bub stops having wet nappies. Thats the easiest sign to look for. As long as bub is having wet nappies every day she's getting enough. If you want her to feed longer, do something to wake her when she starts to doze, change nappy for example,  then offer the other boob. Sometimes worked for my son

If your baby is falling asleep after drinking it's usually a good sign. Some babies always seem hungry. My daughter had to nurse a total of 49 mins or she would be very hungry soon after, babies also cluster feed which is like that always want to nurse. As long as your baby is having enough wet diapers you are fine.

My son used to do that .. he used to sleep while feeding and needed frequent feedings like every 45 min .. i used to call him milk drunk lol .. falls asleep as soon as he starts feeding    all that we can do is to try keeping them awake as long as hes not full.. a little rub behind the ear or in feet or my dr sugested to feed him on diaper .. the more cozy they are, kids sleep easily ..
