Bleeding & Penetration

I'm 16, and I've never had intercourse. But I've been penetrated, and I bleed every time. It doesn't hurt, it's just bloody. Like I know this is normal the first time because of the hynem and my dr. didn't seem concerned about it, but I still feel like this is weird? Why does this happen?
