Uk- Brexit and human right to have kids

For those in the UK, you'll be aware of us been in the process of leaving Europe. When we leave Europe, we lose our human rights as they are a product of the EU and a new bill has to be wrote by the government. My question, what are people's thought on limiting to number of children you have. A working mother myself, I know that this pregnancy will be my last due to lack of time or money to have others. However some people have a football team of kids, some parents on benefits, some not. Either way, we can all agree there is an issue of overpopulation and a rise in kids in care. Me? I thinks 1 kid and you get no more benefits for any after, then 4 be the limit of you wish to pay for them yourself
