Letrozole & Gonal F combo

Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has done a letrozole and gonal f injections combination with an IUI. I'm scheduled for my first one this cycle and wanted to see some experiences. I'm just hoping for the best.

I have PCOS and I don't ovulate on my own. I used clomid earlier this year and my ovaries pretty much just laughed it all 3 cycles. So this is my next step.

Anyone have any luck? I'm really excited but trying not to get my hopes up at the same time.
