I am so frustrated right now! My husband and I have been trying to do everything right this month to conceive. I just read a few articles saying that saliva can negatively impact sperm motility! We knew that lubricants could do this so we got rid of those but needing a little something to help, we resorted to saliva thinking it was fine....
