Midwife scared me!!!!

Went in for my 1st official prenatal appt today. (Had bleeding on the 1st then an ultrasound on the 4th, saw baby and heard heartbeat) So she goes to do an ultrasound transvaginally and COULD NOT FIND THE BABY! I started crying and I had to pee so she started to remove the wand and BOOM, she found it! My bladder was too full (although I literally peed right before). Heartbeat 144 bpm. Measuring 7w1d.
