Dry nipples??

I am a ftm, 9wks yesterday and my nipples are so dry! I live in a very dry climate and the weather IS turning.

But is there anything nutritional I need to adjust? Do I just put lotion there??

Coconut oil is nice for that. I used it when my son was born and my
Nipples were chapped from nursing. Helped a ton!

I've been using belly butter on mine and it's helped so much with the dryness and itching. The one I have is shay butter, oats and lavender mix. refreshes skin and smells really great.
