Post partum belly girdles advice!!

Are these things worth it? The most popular ones are pretty pricey and they have so many reviews that go everywhere. I just want to help compress my belly and feel somewhat normal after giving birth naturally. Does it really help the skin tissues and uterus to shrink faster? Has anyone here worn one for a pregnancy and then didnt for comparison?

Im a FTM so I have zero experience!! Im also 38 weeks so I need to make some decisions here quickly if Im gonna do it.

HELP!!!
