Extremely low motility

Had DHs sperm analysis today and have been told motility is very low @7%. We've been using fertility vitamins for months so fear any help that has had is already there. Can't help but feel that we'll never naturally conceive, we're being referred to a fertility clinic. Anyone else have the same level of very low motility and can share your experiences? Thank you x
