Feeling stuffed?

Question

I turned 12 weeks on Sunday and today I am out of breath no matter what it is I'm doing and even without having eaten anything I feel stuffed. Like Thanksgiving Day stuffed. Anyone else feeling this? I'm thinking maybe baby is just having a growth spurt.

Definitely started feeling like that at 12 weeks and now too. I'm 14 weeks. I find after you eat if you get up and walk around it helps. And don't lay down after eating!

Me too! 13 weeks today but I always feel stuffed and out of breath.

Yes!! I decided to eat smaller portions every 2hrs. It helped alot & the out of breath thing, smh, I just work on breathing exercises. It helps a lil

I keep throwing up at night like right as I go to lay down for bed. I think I'm too full and all the acid reflux brings up a little barf 😂
