Is it okay to have an 8oz coffee once a week?

I love coffee. And I don't want to drink it all the time but like today I just need that ONE 8oz cup today! And I won't let myself do it because of people saying it's bad for your baby. I'm 4w4d! NO CHANCES HERE!

My OB straight up told me I could have 200mg of caffeine a day. That's two cups of regular coffee or 3 shots of espresso (I looked up how much caffeine was in each shot)
That's not an opinion, it's a fact.
Unless you have some kind of complications, then there's no reason not to.
My little alien loves when I have coffee.

Most obgyns will tell u that having 200mg of caffeine a day is perfectly fine during the entire pregnancy. 
I'm 40 weeks tomorrow and I've had daily frappucinos and coffee, as usual. All if perfect.

I have had a 44 oz mountain dew slushie like 5 times a week since the beginning of my pregnancy and I will be 32 weeks tomorrow and my daughter is super healthy even measuring ahead. Caffeine is okay just limit yourself to 200mg a day.

Its ok to have one cup a day. 
For me personally I choose to avoid it completely because some studies show a link between caffeine and Autism and in my family I already have quite a few family members with Autism that I dont want to increase my chances anymore than they already are. So instead I am drinking herbal teas from birds and bees teas (they make pregnancy safe teas) its not the same as having a good cup of coffee but still gives me that nice warm cozy feeling in the mornings to get my day started.
