Anyone else tested positive for group B and what did the doctor advise u to do if your water breaks?

Yes. I tested positive. At the time it was giving me symptoms so I had a round of oral antibiotics. I am currently 36 weeks and I have been advised if my water breaks to go straight to L&D as they will need to start a IV with antibiotics which will I will get every 4 hours.

Yup with my son, we rang the hospital as soon as my waters broke and I was instructed to come in to be monitored. My son was born 17 hours later

I had tested positive and was in active labor muy water didn't break but when i got to the hospital i was a complete 10cm they have me my iv asap and then broke my water the baby was out 15 minutes later
