What clothes i will really need for winter baby?

My first son was born in march but in nice climate so i had a chance to wear my flats and we skipped all the "snowsuits thing".... Now i am expecting a baby girl to be born in november in Montreal (Quebec, Canada- we just moved here) and people say that in winter time there is a good chance of snow storms., freezing temperatures etc... So i am a bit confused what should i buy for my little one for outside stroller walks., and for wearing at home. We do have a good stroller (bugaboo chameleon 3 classic collection with warm canopy and bassinet with down footmuff) but still have a problem with snowsuits., hats, scarfs (!?), pjs, onesie... -how many and what kind of stuff is appropriate for winter baby. Thanks in advance., please share your experience will really appreciate it!
