Have the flu and maybe a UTI

So yesterday I felt like I was going to be sick...and now I am. My body is aching, I haven't been able to sleep well, my throat is extremely sore, I'm sweating a lot, and now I'm just waiting for the dreaded vomiting...Anyways, I have also been having pain while peeing. Could I possibly have a UTI even though I haven't had sex? I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. What do you guys do to help make your illness go by quickly? And what should I do if I have a UTI?
