Ok need help anyone had this problem

Ok I am regular on period I was a day late on my period started the 8th. I use a cup cause I am usually heavy and last 4 to 5 days some time a week. Well I stopped the 9th and will have spotting for a couple min every other day nothing bad. But now it's clear with a brown tinit! Help! I took a test 2 day fire I started it was negative.
