Headaches in late pregnancy

I am 32 weeks pregnant, I get major headaches everyday and basically feel like iv been hit by a truck! I was sent for monitoring of the baby yesterday due to reduced movements but my blood pressure and everything was normal, does anyone else feel like this?? Is it normal? The midwife and doctor couldn't explain why I feel this way! My headaches are so bad I stay in bed everyday and get blurred visions! Anyone help????
