help- bleeding from labia minora after giving birth?

Has this happened to anyone? I found what looks like a small skin tag up there(above clit) and def bleeding from that area daily. I delivered on Tuesday. I can feel the blood coming out which is really gross and also blood at the top of the pad, not where blood typically is from period. Going to call dr on Monday bc it freaks me out. Had a 9.1 pound baby with a second degree tear.
