Anyone have horrible cramps in their pregnancy? I've had it two times where all I could do was lay down and cry. It went all the way to my back. It felt a lot like it did when I had a miscarriage. Both times I thought I was losing the baby but there is no bleeding. Is something wrong? Should I call my dr? I'm really worried. I'm 13 weeks and had a normal ultrasound at 8 weeks and heard the baby's heartbeat at 12 weeks.
