Husband super overprotective

Anyone else have a husband who's overly worried about what you're doing. I've been wanting a subway sandwich since a month ago when I went for my first appt and was told to avoid lunch meat unless microwaved to boiling. So I got one 6" yesterday and told him and he looked at me like I smoked a Crack pipe. My God it was like 4 slices of meat if that and Mt dew are the worst things I do I'm doing pretty good right. Lol I love him but come on one sandwich isn't gonna hurt anything. Any of you agree or having the same thing with your so?
