Medicine ball

I'm 39 weeks pregnant but being induced in 2 days bc baby is very large. I didn't use a ball with my first abs labor was 27 hours- that was just at the hospital. Any tips with the ball? Or success stories? I did some intermittent bouncing yesterday. I'd really like to avoid being induced. It's an oral pill I take every four hours for up to 12 to soften my cervix. I'm just not very familiar...
