does anyone's baby do this??

My baby will look to the left, look to the right, over and over and over. He's not mad, mostly just happily observant. But he does it for so long! Is it normal?

Yeah mine does that. He also like to stare at the ceiling for ages.

Mine does this too.  He even lost hair from it.  We think it's when he's tired and doing it to self soothe, as He's always done it before he eventually falls asleep.  On night I tried cupping my hands around his ears to stop him from shaking his head and he fell right asleep. Kinda like swaddling I guess?

Mine is doing the same; at least she's not just staring at the ceiling or wherever.  She also looks at us abs smiles and coos n_n
