should I test?? or am I out

I had unprotected sex on Sep 11,17,19,20,23,26,28,29 and Oct 3 rd. I had bleeding on Oct 3 rd with small cramps which I thought was implantation bleeding. Till Oct 7 th I started bleeding bright red around my period date. The bleeding lasted Oct 7 th and 3 hours a little only on Oct 8 th then stopped. Which I wasn't too sure if it was my period. This is the first time I experienced bleeding a day and a half. I'm experiencing sore boobs right now and having a lot of white, lotion like discharge. Can I be pregnant or am I out already this is my 3 Rd month ttc. Is it possible to bleed while pregnant. If the day and a half wasn't my period my last period was Sep 3 rd through September 9th. This is the discharge I'm having.
