anniversary marker???

So, my boyfriend and I have a strange love story, where we first go together (10/13/2011) when I was 14 and he was 18. We didn't know the laws and crap so he was arrested which was horrible and traumatic for both of us. During that time, though, I had other partners. Because he was literally ripped away from me, and we never got closure or got to speak again, I tried to forget him cuz I thought we would never be together again. But then on Christmas eve 2015, we talked again and got back together, which was AMAZING. But now I'm wondering: have we been together 5 years, even though I was with other people? Or has it just been 10 months? I know this is an odd question but I need help figuring this out 😂😂😂
