11 weeks, cramps and spotting 😩

I'm 11 weeks today and yesterday evening I had some brown spotting and cramps. Overnight the cramps were terrible and the spotting was red a few times. It's very very light and I've had spotting before with this pregnancy, but I'm still terrified. My husband isn't, he keeps saying it's fine, we've been through this. I just don't know how to stop being terrified that I will lose this rainbow baby. Im going in to the doctors today... I just was really starting to feel safe and like maybe this pregnancy would be fine! I'm so scared... 😞
