bf problem??

Okay so i've been with my guy since march. we haven't told each other "i love you" yet but yesterday he went to a bears game & got trashed. he called me all drunk & told me how in love with me he is & that he really appreciates everything i do for him. he just kept saying i love you. naturally i said it back but he called when he got home saying he probably won't remember telling me all this but to not let him tell me differently bc he really does love me. what if i see him today & he doesn't talk about it? do i bring it up?? idk what to do.
