Do you have big babies??

Question

Is it true that you either have big babies ( over 8lbs ) or you have small ones? If you have more than one where they all big or little or does it vary?

My son was 7 weeks early, and I was huge with him gained 50+ lbs, he weight 4 pounds 1 oz. They average him to be around 6 pounds if he were full term. My daughter was a repeat c-section at 38w5d, and only gained 18pounds and she was 6pounds 4 oz.  I'm waiting to see what happens with this baby!.

I've only had one so far and she was 6lbs0.9oz.

My first child was 7.8lbs and 21 inches. Second was 9.8lbs and 22.5 inches. Third was 8.9lbs 21.5 inches. Assuming #4 will be similar.
