Relationship advice

I've been with my bf for almost 3 and a half years. We met in high school and have practically grown up and entered our adult lives together. We've both changed so much, and most of that is for the good, but he wants to be a doctor. Of course I support this, but at the same time I need more out of the relationship (we go to the same school and I MAYBE see him once a week, on a good week). Every time I bring it up, he tells me I'm unsupportive and how he can't do more for me. I've practically learned to just deal with what I have. Don't get me wrong he's sweet and treats me really well, and I love him. I do. But I don't think I'm IN LOVE with him anymore. I don't know what to do.
