hot flashes
I'm only 17 and I feel like every day I get a hot flash.
My whole body gets super hot and my back and armpits become super sweaty.
My hands and feet are freezing though. Currently I'm on the pill falmina.
I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
But today it was cold and rainy at school and I was wearing just a Tshirt and still sweating my ass off.
It usually happens in the same class around the same time each day.
