Just need a second opinion..

I have a 2 year old son & my fiance & I are wanting to try for another baby. We recently had a miscarriage in August but I feel as though I'm ready & my body is ready. Well.. I have a few cavities I'm wanting to get filled. My appt for cleaning & xray is Oct 27th & that happens to be the week I am ovulating. I'll have to have another appt scheduled aftwr that one to do all the fillings but by then I will have missed my chance. & I've heard you can get dental work done during the 2nd trimester. So idk if I should just try this month & get my cavities filled in my 2nd trimester (depending on how soon I get pregnant) or just wait & try next month after all my cavities are filled. The only thing about waiting is that my 2 year old was conceived in November & was born in August so I'd have another August baby.. but I don't want to wait to start trying.. ugh idk what to do really. Just need advice.
