end of period and pink

I hope that this isn't TMI, but I am at the end of my period, and when I wiped this morning I had a little bit of pink blood and I am also having cramps slightly. I am not sexually active and have not ever had sex. I have started exercising a lot and have been having bad anxiety attacks as I have GAD. Any ideas???
