Young moms, have you been treated poorly?

I've called my local health information number throughout my pregnancy and each time, the nurses there who answer always give me major attitude and make me feel stupid for not knowing things and then ask me if I'm going to keep my baby/if I'm sure/etc, if I had wanted to be pregnant, etc and then give me some snarky "good luck" response, every. Single. Time! I never say my age but I guess my voice sounds young. I'm 20. Has anyone else had to deal with this?
