Should a man be able to opt out of parenting?

A woman has the ability to get an abortion if she doesn't want a child. A man can't force a woman to abort if he doesn't want a child, and is then on the hook for child support.
Should men be able to opt out of parents to "have an out" the same way women can get an abortion to avoid becoming a parent?
