Second AF not here yet.

My AF was late last month and I went to OBG and they found a cyst on each ovary. I've had cysts before but it never caused me to miss a period. However usually cysts just make me cramp. I've had no cramping at all this time. Instead I've been tired, starving, heartburn, nauseous and producing colostrum? Half the things online say some of those aren't sign of overian cysts half do.
