can't stop crying

So my husband decided we needed a "break" Sunday night he went to his parents house. It's now Wednesday I have no idea when he's coming back. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and heartbroken. I've been so sick to my stomach today. I can barely eat anything. All I want to do is cry. When I asked if he had plans of coming home he told me to "stop" I feel so unloved. He's staying at his parents and I'm alone in our apartment
