When do you change your babys position when fed?

Question

At how many MO do you let a baby bottle feed while laying down?
I know its bad for babies especially when theyre infants to feed them while laying down cause they can an ear infection or something.

But my baby is 2 MO i still hold her every time she eats. I was wondering when is the right time? Thanks FTM

My daughter was always reclined when she had a bottle but now she hates it. She will force herself up if she's laying down too much. She's a year now and has just started holding her own bottle but the only way she can hold it in laying on the ground or in the stroller so that's the only time I give it to her laying down. The stroller one is usually in the afternoon when we pick up my son and the on the ground one is in the morning while I change her diaper and finish getting my son ready for school. Other then that I hold her on my lap or she stands and grabs my legs and has her bottle. She's a very active kid now she's realized she can walk pretty good haha.

I still hold my 7m old. She can't hold the bottle herself yet. 
I sit her up so she's only just lying back and switch sides with every bottle
