Tubes tied

I am 24. Ive been with my bf for almost a year and half. I dont have any kids and my bf and i were talking and we arent really big on the whole baby thing. I dont hate babies i think they are adorable and such but i dont have any patience for babies(i know that sounds horrible) and my bf is afraid of them lol so i have been thinking about asking my doctor to get my tubes tied. I know i am only 24 and im just wondering if anyone on here has gotten theres tied and do they regret it? Also with being young do you think my doctor will do that for me?
