TMI - what are these?

I have had these small little bumps on the inside of my right inner thigh for about a month now. I got them one day after I shaved down there but they haven't went away since. I have tried putting neosporin on them and it seems to decrease them in size but never take them fully away. I have only had one partner. So I don't think it is any STI. Has anyone ever had these or have any clue of what it might be? I know the pictures are not the best quality.
