Question

So, right now the black lives matter act is still going strong, but I'm not sure what it means. I'm white but that doesn't mean I don't care. What is it really meaning, so many people I think are taking it out of context or maybe the white people just don't understand it so they came up with all lives matter. I'm guess I'm stupid when it comes racism because i don't see a point in it. Can someone please explain to me what it truly means, and if white people are taking it the wrong way?

Black lives matter is an organization that stands  against unjust police violence against black people. It's a reality that police too quickly resort to gun violence with black people becuase they feel threatened by the person's race. In many of these cases the victim is unarmed and the situation could be de-escalated. These events happen so often that a need was felt to start a movement. I can say that as a black woman raising a son and married to a black man, I'm scared that one day my husband won't make it home because a cop didn't like his facial expression or the way he spoke. My son is seven and not too long ago a 12 year old was murdered by police becuase he was playing with a fake gun they thought was real. I hope this movement is able to make some changes in the way police handle these situations. 
And to further answer your question, yes, white people sometimes do take the message the wrong way.

From what I understand, it STARTED as a group who felt that African American people aren't treated correctly here.

BUT, sorta like I've noticed with Feminists, people who hold a lot of hate in their hearts have turned it into this war between cops and African American people. Like, Feminism started as equality but it seems like bitter women have turned it into "Anything you can do I can do better so sit down and shut up" which isn't what it's supossed to be.

I think that's why there is such a divide in the movement currently. In my home town they did a March downtown and it was very peaceful. No riots, no fires, no screaming at the officers who had to go downtown to monitor the gathering. I'm all for that.

But it's the people who shut down roads and attack cars and shoot at police... they don't think Black Lives Matter. They think "I'm black, you're white, so you need to pay for what your ancestors did to mine, and what that cop you've never met did to that 'innocent' man I've never met".

I'm white and as I see it is a call to attention that there is still racism and mainly the black community are being unjustly gunned down by the police of all things. People who are supposed to serve and protect are shooting black people and killing almost everyday. Of course all lives matter but you don't have to announce it about whites because it's already a given.  The black people in parts of the US are still being strongly discriminated.
