breast milk bottle feeding??

My son is two weeks old and we were having a hard time nursing. I have large breast and on top of that my nipples like to stay flat, so we would both get extreamly frustrated when trying to feed it would take about A hour before he would be finished and I felt like he wasn't getting enough. I made the decision the other day to start bottle feeding him my breast milk. I feel bad but at least now I know he is getting what he needs... has any other moms had this problem and if so what was your end result once you started bottle feeding?
