Advice on guy

So I started snapchatting / Facebook messaging this guy. And I know he's like always traveling and playing shows. So Monday we were gonna hangout and he never answered so I was like whatever. Then he apologized a bunch asked for my number he said he was caught up in rehearsal and lost track of time. So then he's texting me please please I'll be home all week lets do a rain check. So I say Friday. And he is playing a show out of state but says he will be home in the late after noon, so j send him a text. He tells me the show is going on longer than he expected and he's not home yet. I reply with "it's fine " then nothing. If he doesn't want to hangout with me why does he keep making plans? I sent him a snapchat and he never opened it. I don't understand the logic
