Implant Birth Control & Implant Bleeding

Sooo... I just went off the implant about two weeks ago. This Wednesday I went to the bathroom and had a very light spotting, it was light pink and just a little bit. I never spot between periods when off the implant and it wasn't enough to make me think my period is starting. I was wondering if anyone has had experience getting pregnant right off an implant. Or if anyone has had experience with implant bleeding when beginning pregnancy.
